Brazil living in the final third. Don't see Belgium hanging on.

Why isn’t Martinez doing something?

Belgium are dead on their feet.

That should have been the equaliser and it would have been all on Martinez

So many misses by Brazil on quality chances, if they lose that should be a big story.

Why Mousa Dembele isn’t on here is just amazing.

Yes!!!!

I can now be happy with this World Cup no matter the end result.

With Italy not qualifying my only real ask was that Germany, Spain, or Brazil not win this year. And this is now a reality.

Sweaty few final minutes there. Two more wins to go.

Brazil has now lost five straight knockout games to European opposition, and we're now guaranteed an all European final four.

None of those “fouls” on Neymar were actual fouls but I wonder if his reputation is why the ref never once fell for it. I wonder if it is someone else if the call is made? Likely the over turned with var if it was called.

Once again I think this ref did an awesome job, wasnt fooled by Neymar's antics especially the dive at the end there, still checked with VAR to confirm and we move right along.

That was a gutsy performance by Belgium, it got a little tense after Brazil pulled one back and Martinez did little to nothing with his bench, but its all good.

Very much so. He had spent all of his benefit of the doubt, and the referee was watching him very, very closely. The ref didn't indulge him, and waited for VAR to chime in if he made a big mistake.

I was kind of hoping Neymar would prove me wrong, but he still pulled off a couple of hilarious dives. Any criticism of him and his antics is fully deserved, and I think that it would have been better for him and his team if he didn't become a sideshow during this tournament.

Agreed... as long as Russia doesn't win the bunch of shady dopers. Anybody else and I'm happy.

Belgium very fortunate in the last 45. Goalie bailed them out and Brazil muffed more the a few considering how often and deep they got into the Belgian box. Their goal was probably their 3rd or 4th best chance of the half. And well could've had one in the first half.

I like Belgium and certainly hope they beat France (no counter attack goals and some slimy French luck tells me they won't) but Brazil showed more overall today and unlucky not for it to go to ET.
