What is Nichushkin now? He was a stud in his draft year and then bolted for Russia or something?

Is .5 PPG good in the KHL?
Took a quick look and a guy like Linus Omark is scoring a PPG.
Actually it's kind of funny how many ex-oilers are on those team lists.

Nichuskin to the Oilers for pick number 10 and their first next year. More nhl experience than Reinhart so obviously got to pay a bit more.

I think this guy was always overrated going into the draft but it makes sense to bring him back and see if he can do more in his 2nd stint as his trade value is probably not that great.

per Mike Russo, Zucker, Niederreiter, and Coyle are in play for the Wild in trade talks.
Wild are also trying to dump Ennis' contract before buying him out.

Coyle could be of interest for the Flames as a RHS center that can play wing.
Niedereitter and Zucker could also be of interest but are LHS wingers

Wouldn't mind Coyle, but he's lower down the wishlist by a fair bit vs other options apparently available

Man, what happened to Ennis? He looked a bright young star a few years ago.

$3.2 mil cap hit this year and next.
His contract is actually back loaded so he gets paid $3.75 mil this year and $4.25 mil next.

A couple of bad concussions during 2015-16 season taking their toll may explain part of the reason for his decline.

Tyler Johnson
Mika Zibanejad
Elias Lindholm
Charlie Coyle
Right shot centers RWers via UFA:
Tyler Bozak (On the right deal, 2-3 years MAX)
Derek Ryan (Same as above)
Unproven right shot RWers via trade:

Lindholm is #1 for me. Not the flahsiest on that list there but I fell the best all around.
I have a feeling Frk is going to be the steal of UFA. Get him in on a 3 year.
Would Minnesota do a Coyle for Ferland trade? I feel we could do something like that.

Feels like a lateral move for the Flames.

Agreed. Flames need to be upgrading, not making lateral moves

I bet Zucker goes to LV, Niedereitter to CGY, and Coyle to MTL.
