On the 31 thoughts podcast they were talking about how the league was already involved prior to this incident. Don’t get why this doesn’t deserve a 1 game suspension.

I think I would honestly stop cheering for the Flames if they had Brad Marchand on the team. That's how much I dislike him.

It really is a smart move by Marchand. For whatever reason the refs are afraid to give him an unsportsmanlike penalty so he has nothing to lose and can try and goad the opposition into a roughing call as a retaliation call.

Hahaha. Tkachuk and Marchand aren't the same player no matter how desperately you or anyone wants to prove they are. Tkachuk's not gross and licks or bites people. Doesn't ducks hits. Does Tkachuk stir the pot, hell yes, but he knows the limits better than Marchand.

Marchand is in the same trash class as Cooke, Avery, Burrows.

EDIT: And Marchand hurts his team far more than he actually hurts the opposition with his antics. If he wasn't a total moron he'd be one of the great players of this generation. But instead he's a moron.

When Tkachuk starts trying to hurt people by low bridging them and licking their faces we can start to compare them
