VGK play a great style. Speed and skill, fast and aggressive. Cross ice one timers, plays to the middle. Just entertaining to watch.

Anyone know the record for fewest goals in a playoff series?

I'm having a hard time disliking the Knights at all.
Feels weird to like another NHL team. If they were swapped with the Flames, I'd be absolutely in love with them.

I mean LA has three goals, are we in record territory? I see the Bruins only had two but that was in the 30s FFS

Vegas is a treat to watch and I don't mean that sarcastically. Up tempo, lightning fast breakouts, constant puck movement in the offensive zone, activated defensemen. Full credit to Gallant and to the players for buying in wholeheartedly.

In a four game series, the fewest goals scored by one team is 1. Happened during the 2003 WCF between Anaheim and Minnesota. The Wild were outscored 9 to 1.

I don't remember watching that series but it must have been like watching paint dry.

You really gotta fantasize what the last 2 seasons in Calgary would have been like if Calgary pulled the trigger on Marc Andre Fleury at the 2016 NHL draft!!!!

Flames + MAF - 3 assets.

But yeah I’m a big fan of his, would have been awesome to pull him in. But Pitts was more interested in winning a cup with a tandem and then losing him than trading him. I doubt he was ever even available.

Good thing for Pittsburgh he wasn’t moved.
