Everyone else is right, it was genius of Gulutzan to put a waiver wire pick-up with horrific underlying numbers on the 1st line. There’s magic there, he sees it, so I’m sure I’m just an idiot, like Bruce Boudreau, for not seeing it.

lol, you know bennett went goalless for the first 20 games?
do goals in october not count as much?
Is it plausible a guy with 9 goals might be as effective as another guy with 9 goals?

Really???? I see experience coaches getting emotional all of the time towards the refs. It doesn’t need to be water bottle sipping Glen or I’m going to tear into you until I take a penalty Glen.... somewhere in the middle would be great.

Stewart could be a great fit on that line.... just not tonight imo

Sam had one good game on the top line. One. How did he spark them to “some wins?

The guy can do no right, there’s no convincing some of these posters otherwise. We could go on to win the Stanley Cup and they’d still ***** about Gulutzan.

Defending Gully at this point seems irrational. Putting a waiver wire pick-up on the 1st line is hilariously stupid - and hey, it’s working out just like we expected.

What has Bennett possibly done to deserve top minutes? Can anyone answer that. He is just as mindless as he was in game 1, and if Ferland wasn't hurt he shouldn't have been up there. It would make more sense to use Tkachuk or Frolik on the #1 line.

I'll say this for Stewart: he definitely isn't slow, as some critics claimed. When he gets his feet moving, he has no trouble keeping up with the rest of the top line.

I'm really impressed by the Stars. They look like a really well coached team, the Flames as usual look like they usually do, just playing miles below their ability level.

Team needs to focus on getting some goals not complaining about terrible calls. They are not really playing with the necessary desperation/urgency
EDIT: a little behind and now they get a PP
