$ seems ok if a tad high at 6 years... term is longer than what i would like though... 4 would have been optimal. 5 ok and 6 a year too long imo...

Backlund can turn AHLers into middle sixers all by himself. 5.25 is an appropriate deal, especially if it’s only 5 years.
