yup.

the question is whether the trade was made before knowing Barzal and Connor were available...

i know i was hoping for Barzal or Connor and was surprised how far they dropped...

now that said, i thought the Hamilton deal was a pretty solid one too...but in hindsight, i wonder if you pull the trigger on that trade if they knew Barzal/Connor was available...

of course no guarantee that Barzal would have been the pick calgary would have made, but he was available at #15, the pick calgary traded to Boston

Brodie...... probably just being picked on though.

Mike Smith is having an amazing year and not sure where we would be without him, but man is he ever frustrating sometimes with his softies. We were off to a great start.
