He avoids where the puck is going. It actually happened tonight. Took the closest path to the bench he could.

Brutal signing.

Thanks Feaster! Rittich might turn out to be the best Treliving find though.

Unfortunately they have more ROW. Can’t leapfrog them tonight. Saturday on the other hand ...

Glen Gully with the fist pump on the coaches challenge.
He’s obviously an emotional wreck. Fire the coach!

Bennett and Jankowski are really starting to click. So nice to see.

Brouwer is awful.

Brouwer is pretty much where Stajan was a bunch of years ago, functional and useful both overpaid and therefore a whipping boy. If he can stick with his role and just keep contributing in some way he, just like Stajan, might be viewed in a different light in a few seasons. Who knows, he might even score the series winning goal against the Canucks some day! He is for sure a good fourth liner at the very least, and it's good that he's found his way to the score sheet lately.

I really like what Garnet Hathaway brings to the lineup. I’ve liked his game for a while now and am always surprised why he doesn’t stick. The grit and energy and pest qualities he brings to the bottom 6 is something they lack and need going forward. Give this guy an apartment because he’s going no where as far as I’m concerned.

He was at least hitting tonight. He made one horrific offensive play (after doing a good job to create it). A fourth line of him, Hathaway and Lazar would be physical anyway.

I was so comfortable when I saw Monahan was the trailer and was getting the pass.

Spoiler!

Glen Gulutzan gets the team the tying goal to bring it to OT, Monahan with the winner. What a beauty of a game by Rittich!

Don’t know if Gaskal is going to wade back to the Leafs game for ATL quotes, but this is gold (talking about Tkachuk):

So glad the Oilers took JP instead of that trash bag.

He'd be nothing but a distraction on an already distracted team.
