I'm no fan of Brouwer on the PP, but that was a solid shift from him, great screen.

Me neither but if he can do that more often it could be a huge benefit for us.

Honestly, I'm not a fan of Brouwer on the PP for the most part, but without Versteeg and Jagr now it's most justifiable.
However Brouwer is a fantastic goalie screener. He was last year as well and never got PP points as a result, but directly caused a bunch of goals.
They've been putting Ferland in that right point spot on the PP because he has the much better shot, so I think Ferland would be underused as just the goalie screener.

Flame gets drilled from behind, should be a Toronto PP when we return from break...

Lazar needs to play angry, not happy. This is the key to unlocking the Laser.

Really? Yah that looked like a somewhat sketchy hit. And how do you call one player out of the scrum? Especially a scrum initiated by Toronto?

Monahan sucks and going to the middle of the ice is easy.

Flames looking excellent so far. I think the fact that we've actually held the lead for longer than 30 seconds is a good sign.

Shots on goal currently 14-5 in the Flames favour. Keep it going boys.
