Gulutzan out. We have the worst D core in the league and they are getting paid millions to be garbage
We are as slow as a week in jail and miles behind where we have to be

Looks like it's time to rebuild the rebuild

Disappointing game. A 60 minute effort and the result would have been much better. Whatever. On to the next one. I am a bit concerned this almost comeback might lessen the terrible effort.

I turned it off after the first duds of a power play. Kudos to you if you kept watching. Calgary is no good.

The comeback attempt does not take away from the abomination that was this game. Even if we had gotten a win out of it I would still be furious about the pathetic play of this team for the first two periods. I'm done with Gulutzan doing nothing. This team has all the potential, but the coach has not.

@Fan960Steinberg#Flames can largely thank Laurent Brossoit for that wild third period. Yuck. Too little, too late in the end, though.

Yep. The score flatters the Flames.

I don't care what anyone says, that was fun.
They lost two points tonight. Not 50.

I'm looking forward to the next one.

Panel is right. If Brossoit wasn't awful it would have stayed 6-1.

Why didn’t GG pull smith after the first period? That was such an obvious move to make. It’s ok for smith to have a bad game from time to time but GG is totally oblivious

Brodie wasn't good but the unlucky deflection was basically meaningless. It's not like it was tied or we were up by one.

When the opposition scares 7 there is no single turning point. That was bad hockey.

Brodie has been terrible ever since the coaching staff thought it was a brilliant idea to make him a left defenseman.
He has never been comfortable there and continues to struggle there.

Last few minutes showed how motivated players should play, after they lost GG system. The score should be 10 - 2 something if Edmonton had a average goalie. Still need Fire GG.

Sure...get rid of the coach. You know what your left with?
The exact same players that simply dont care enough or are proud enough to do their jobs. yet some will expect different results. That seems so weird to me.

Or maybe he should have kept him in and the Flames would have tied it

Except smith wasn't having a terrible game apart from the 1 goal.. I wouldn't have pulled him that early... I mean he stopped 2 out of 3 breakaways.
