Big shout out to Josh at http://www.northstarjerseys.com/

He came and picked up the jersey on Tuesday and it was done on Friday. All for $68 all in!

Great price, amazing service and quality. Gonna wear it to the home opener tonight.

Dropped mine off for him today. After 37 years of Flames hockey, this is the first time I have ever had a player's name/number added to a shirt. Must be a big deal.

I had no less than 3 people approach me to shake my hand and say they liked the Jagr jersey today in Kelowna at the Okanagan Marathon. Even the Canucks fan I saw seemed to be excited to see Jagr play for a Canadian team.

It's hard not to feel the excitement people have for this signing.

Also does it bother anybody else the title isn't:

Faux Pas or Nah?

The rhyme was right there!

Rhyming with "faux pas" obviously.

Heard they sold 3000 Jagr Jerseys at the game tonight. Impressive!

Another 3000? They had announced 3000 through the NHL a few days ago.

And that doesn't count the blank jerseys or the ones from non-NHL stores.

Safe to say at $300 a pop, more has been spent on Jagr jerseys than he'll make if he gets his $2M.

Cool if true, but 3000? That's 1 in every 6 members of the audience spending several hundred dollars on a Jagr jersey? I gotta believe that's a little high, even for his fanfare, no?

Not high for Flames fans. Just a really good reason to update the "C of Red" with some new colour

I don't think there were 3000 there but there was tons!

Must have been 10+ in our section alone that I noticed. And the fan attic was heat pressing them like crazy during the game.

They're selling/going to sell a pile of Jagr 68 jerseys. I love it.

Is that electrical tape as numbers?

Update - apparently it is a joke according to the seller. But it doesn't state as much in the ad.

Saw more than I thought I’d see last night at the game, but got lots of compliments on mine as well.

Interesting twist on the jersey foul. Saw more than a couple Reebook jerseys with the extra piping from last year with Jagr on it, in the old italicized name and number font.

I would say the bigger “foul” of the two, such totally insignificant as it is, is the name and number font being incorrect. The older jersey style, outside of the Reebok tag and the piping, is more passable than the old lettering.

That’s an expensive joke... The jersey he customized was an on-ice Authentic. The chemicals in the tape may damage it.
