As someone who has no ties to the actual city I am totally on the cities side on this. What CSEC is demanding of you tax payers and the city is ridiculous.

Politics aside, the flames need a new arena, and I don't care where the money comes from. While I feel CSEC is being greedy, the only nice thing about living in this city is the flames.

I care where the city comes from. I want to know if the city I live in is being fiscally responsible with taxpayer dollars. Also, if you think the Flames are the only good thing in Calgary, you need to get out more.
