SHAW Upload Speed?

I'm uploading my Round1 tribute video, and its only uploading at 25 kb/s, at best.

Am I wrong, or shouldn't that be much higher?

I'm not a huge tech wizard, but I believe upload speed are at about 1/8th to 1/10 of download speeds. I know they care more about how much your uploading vs how much you're downloading.

I just tried uploading some pictures to my webspace, and was pulling 370k on average...I'm also no tech wizard, but it should be the same regardless of file type, no?

I've uploaded at speeds of 110kbps, generally in the middle of the morning.

It usually depends on how congested the internet use in your area is. You should however expect 40-50kbps.

If it's shaw webspace it would be high regardless Calf. I think he's uploading to a different location.

Usually my uploads with Shaw, to a server off the network, are about 80 KB/s. Daradon is right though, upload speed is a precentage of download speed. 1/8th sticks out in my mind for some reason.
