Treliving says the contract wasn't registered until late this afternoon (guessing after 3pm MT/ 5pm ET) and Jagr won't be officially on the roster until tomorrow. Therefore they don't need to make a roster move until tomorrow.

I'm hopeful that Treliving has the trades/waiver done tomorrow for Jagr and Janko to be on the main roster.
