Got mine this morning from 130th Walmart. They had 82 units and ended up turning people away starting at around 650 am. Glad I don't have to worry about online orders and refreshing!

I haven't seen anything as to when Amazon is releasing theirs, but I haven't seen anyone saying they already have.

I got mine at the Airdrie Wal-mart, I showed up just after 6:30, probably 80-90 people ahead of me, they handed out tickets to those in line until their stock was gone.

The stock list that went out was correct as they had 120 units to give out.

Wow, that's at least 5 times the stock from last year's NES mini classic release. Nintendo is starting to get it and do things right...

I was the last one in line with ticket 54 at the Westbrook mall Walmart after showing up around 6:15am-ish.

Lucked out because so many people showed up just a few minutes later and left disappointed.

I am reading that those are probably at risk. Did the email say this?

Just watching Canada Post tracking for me. Went out of Vancouver last night -- most likely coming Monday, but still a slim chance for today.

Happy for everyone that got one, crazy how popular this thing is. Might have a better day one then the actual SNES did!

I couldn't wait in line earlier because of work obligations, so I went back out to Best Buy but the lineup is huge now. Guess I'll have to take my chances over the next few weeks/months/who knows and see if one magically appears somewhere.

Is there controller extensions out there, are they required like the nes mini?

Man, it really shouldn't be this hard to get one of these things. I totally get the initial release is going to be nuts, but the subsequent months afterwards there should be ample supply if Nintendo really wanted this thing to sell well. I can't see how there could be production bottlenecks. It's not like any new technology is in this thing. It's just a novelty emulator for eff sakes!

Sorry, just frustrated with Nintendo purposely making this thing scarce to drive up demand. I'm too lazy to make the extra effort required to secure one in the upcoming months, but I would still buy one in a heartbeat if they were readily available in stores or on-line (just like how I felt with the NES Classic).
