I would pay a subscription to watch the flames jumbotron feed with this play by play over what we get with Sportsnet west. I love getting the in game entertainment and bloopers.

and if you wanted to keep Mony and Gaudreau together, Bennett will still have nice linemates in Tkachuk and Jagr. I'd like to see how Tkachuk would do without Backlund and Frolik. I think he would be juuuust fine.

I think Monahan is still the #1 center.
Bennett getting WOKE is a great story. Coaching staff think he's the breakout player.

I was counting on being able to watch this tonight as I finally had some downtime. How bored am I? I'm now sipping on a scotch while I read this thread in the vain attempt to glean some knowledge about how players are looking while I listen to the new War On Drugs album.
So far it's been determined that we now have a new number 1 center in Bennett, yes? Anything else I should know about this game?

Monny and Johnny have good safe hockey chemistry, Bennett/Gaudreau is another level IMO. I cannot quantify it any differently. Explosive. I think the difference might be that Bennett skates better? maybe?

I recall Bennett looking excellent in the pre-season last year too, but I think he has the strength and confidence to carry in through to the regular season now.
He's an x factor we need to be good for us to become a contender.
