If I count right, and I don't normally, 3.5 is the Flames absolute max to spend on a vet RW.
Wouldn't have minded 2y for Williams, but wasn't willing to go more than a year for many else. Conn Smythe is a bit of a tie breaker.
At this point it's Jagr or nobody.
