Agreed. I could work in a shoebox and be happy if my co-workers are good people.

he obviously had big improvement stat wise, don't really remember hearing anything about him at Flames camp. College guys are always so hard to predict, most likely being a 3rd liner is his ceiling but you never know. I do think he has a better chance at cracking the Flames lineup than the Oilers considering out RW depth.

Oiler fans were running Eberle out of town so this guy and Caggiula could be on the top line with McJesus.
These NCAA guys tend to end up in Pittsburgh too. Be surprised if he ends up a Flame.

I'm always for the addition of free young assets. Fits a positional need, as well. Here's hoping he selects Calgary, could be a nice fit.

I was looking for Spencer Foo videos on youtube and came across a video that had "Oiler Prospect Watch" in the corner and at the start of the video. What is that all about? Has he ever been a part of the Oilers organization? so weird.
Anyway, if we are on his list and we can get a free asset, yes please. The more RWers we can get in the organization the better. So he is an Edmonton kid, so it will be interesting to see what the Oilers offer him.

By the looks of it this kid would be a big boost to the AHL roster immediately. You never know, if things pan out he could have NHL skill at some point in his development curve.

Here's hoping the Flames can convince him to sign.

Regardless of what happens with Spencer, his brother Parker could be an interesting draft target for the Flames this year. He's a very young overager for this draft and he put up a point per game on the same team as Cale Makar in Brooks this season. Just based on his production, he's about a year ahead of Spencer developmentally and will likely be a better player than his brother in the future.
