I just saw this on a wrestling website:
Several Hollywood gossip websites are reporting that Spears left Federline several days ago, taking their children to a local Los Angelas Hotel. Apparently, Federline allegedly went into a fit of rage and destroyed some property after Spears laughed at a tape of his recent WWE appearances. It looks like that may have been the breaking point for her.

And:
A report from the network with video — available for viewing on YouTube — from the taping showed Federline taking a break from an interview to check his text messages, after which he abruptly took off his microphone and left for half an hour.
MuchMusic reported the former backup dancer turned rapper returned visibly upset and finished shooting the show.
