A few things look "unrealistic" to me...

Some real big leaps and slides this weak. Caused by a few hot steaks coming to a screetching stop and some teams that started poorly, getting into the swing of things.
Gotta go back to work so, I'll need to defend my rankings after I get home tonight

Its a piece of furniture one sits on when drinking beer. You older folks should stick to chairs, as your ability to remain balanced on a stool is greatly affected as you get older. You would likely fall and break a hip if you were to sit in a stool and have a beer or two.

Sometimes reality hurts, but the thing is your loses total to substantially more than the Ducks loses. Your wins do not offer enough to override the fact that on average the teams the isles have fallen to, are weaker than the teams the Ducks have lost too. If it makes you feel any better, you were really close to second last.

Well thanks for explaining the TOOL rankings Beerfund. I think you will have your hands full trying to defend your own so if I were you I would stick to that.

How can you justify moving a team up 18 spots and another team down 19. I have NEVER seen a rating system like this, telling me your system is a farce.

Actually I didn't try to explain your rankings, I simply commented on your inability to defend them.
As for the Reality rankings, its completely logical why teams move drastically at this point in the season. Reality ratings are based on results. A 4 game winning streak, especially one where two top 10 teams are defeated, rewards the club. As 4 out of 13 games is a large percentage of games the streak creates a dramatic affect. Later in the season, a small winning/losing streak would not have same flucuations in ranking.
I have stated right from the beginning, Reality rankings are based on results, teams are rewarded for beating good teams and punished for losing to weak teams. If a team wins without losing they are rewarded, if they lose with out winning they are punished. I think, if you look at reality and see the clubs with the big gains and slides, you'll see a team that either lost or won most of their games this week.

Realistically, if a club goes from having a overall winning percentage of less than 50% to a winning percentage of over 62% they deserve to climb.

If you want to see a similar ranking system have a look at the US college football ranking system, teams that lose when they are "supposed to win" a punished drastically. Same here, a loss to a lower ranked team hurts the clubs ranking.

I have backed up my ranking every week. I don't happen do it on that particular instance and you accuse me of "not backing up my rankings".

My ratings were supposed to be for fun for everyone to enjoy. You got all bent out of shape one week and started this crap. It's SIM HOCKEY. I can make whatever rankings I want up becuase it's FAKE. This is a FAKE simulated game of hockey. The players are not real. The teams are not real...why becuase it's SIMULATED.

This is now a waste of my time. I won't be doing rankings anymore.
