Seems like an odd place to retire to. I'm assuming he still spends his summers in Kelowna, not sure why someone with his type of cash wouldn't want to spend their winters freezing their ass off in Boston.

I'm with you on this one. Spent a lot of time in southern California in my life and having the exact same weather every single day actually got old and boring real fast

He's probably not going to get a long term deal and will be floating around on 1 year deals until he hangs them up. Makes sense to give his family a stable place to live in the meantime.
