went from physical and exciting to undisciplined and unfocused over the course of the period. hopefully thats out of the way and the team comes out ready to seal the kings fate in the 2nd.

Pretty sloppy period with all the fisticuffs and shenanigans. Flames need to get this game under control because we need these points and I'd really like to clinch tonight. Kings seem like they're more interested in gooning it up
Definitely an entertaining game though. I love that the Flames aren't being pushed around anymore by the big Western teams. They can play a heavy game with the best of them now, which is awesome.

It's a shame what Iginla's career has turned in to. Coming in to the home arena of a team where he was once idolized and behaving like a goon. Seems to pick a lot of fights when he comes here. Have some respect for the organization for ####s sake, if nothing else!

I'm watching the Kings feed and on the Johnny slash they seem to think Johnny could be fined for embellishment. They seem to think the slash was on his right hand but Johnny shook his left hand.
That Iginla fight was sweet. You guys were lucky to have him for so long.
