Icon28 Red Wings unveil jerseys for NHL Centennial Classic

Quote:
The Red Wings NHL Centennial Classic™ uniforms pay homage to the beginnings of the franchise and the NHL's 100th anniversary season. The color silver is used throughout the uniform as a nod to the League's milestone season, most notably in a special version of the Winged Wheel front crest that incorporates silver tones into the normally white areas. Additionally, silver is found in the top stripe on both sleeves of the jersey, along with the trim in the uniform numbers.
Not a huge fan but they might grow on me.

They look like Red Wings jerseys.

If you're going to have the logo that big, you should make the stripes thicker. Also don't like the silver one. Other than that, they're fine. Safe design.

The silver stripes have dates on them, which I assume are the years they won the Stanley cup.

I like the old school collar, but not sure why Reebok continues to put the NHL shield below the neck...doesn't work with the old school collars.

It's impossible to #### up a Red Wings jersey. It may be the best sweater in all of sports.

Looks fine except white text on the silver stripe lacks contrast. Should have used the 3rd red stripe on the sleeves for the text without adding the 4th sliver stripe.

They look like they were purchased from a Chinese website.
