Just logged in cause I keep seeing all these posts about Elliott being a good/bad/smart signing. Funny, I could've swore he was under contract when we traded for him

Fantastic game by Elliott! Hopefully this is the start to a prosperous Flames season. Stole us a point at the very end of the 3rd, and came up big on the PK in OT and in the shootout. Just the guy we've been waiting to see all year.
Solid effort all around and the PP came up big, finally.
CP can rest easy tonight.

Big win.
Played really good for 50 minutes.
Last 10 minutes and overtime the Hawks started to push but that is expected at home.
Great game and something to build off of.

That was a fantastic game to watch. The Flames were the better team for the first 40 but Chicago put a hell of a push on in the third. Elliot was outstanding, that last save WOW! Nice to finally have some positivity around these parts.

This is pretty reminiscent of when Hiller stole one in Chicago 2 years ago. Flames played much better than they did that night but in general it's going to be a massive confidence booster moving forward

Surprised it's barely been mentioned, but Johnny had a FANTASTIC game.
That was the Johnny we all expect to see, compete level all over the place.
