Stay away from gimmick crap. Just eat food. If you want high protein eat eggs, nuts, chicken, beef, cottage cheese, milk etc. But don't forget to eat vegetables and fruit. Real food is cheaper.

I think it's funny when people say "I don't want to get too big" like it's that easy and it's just going to happen over night. You're just going to wake up and be huge. That will never happen.

It's not rocket science, just eat well and exercise hard. Not that I'm some paragon of health and fitness, but this stuff isn't rocket science and there aren't really any hidden secrets or gimmicks that are worth spending money on.

I use horse steroids. As a side effect, I'm finding that Sarah Jessica Parker is suddenly very attractive.

Your right. It takes alot of hard work over time. I'm bigger than most, but Iwoudn't call myself "huge". It took me 5 years to achieve what I have. Supplements can help. But the most important thing is hard work at the gym.

I found San V12 turbo to be pretty good.. I pretty much stick to protein powder, and trying to eat well (though with my school and work schedule its tough at times). It seemed to make a difference though. It doesn't taste too bad so thats a plus. Its got some creatine, and energy boosters. I found when I took it (about an hour before the gym) that I could go in and just workout and not get nearly as tired as do with out.. My bench press for reps increased by 60-70 lbs in one month (in five weeks I went from benching 200 to benching about 270) Though thats more likely because I hadn't worked out in quite awhile, and was just getting back into it though, good ole muscle memory.

Its a little pricey though I think I paid 65 bucks for one month. However that was the first real supplement I've ever taken, and I'll just cycle on and off, month on month or two off something like that.. I mostly just like the fact that I didn't feel tired even after being in the gym for 2 hours..

I have found in the past that if you do take a protein shake within about 30 minutes of a workout that I'm a lot less sore. From what I understand during a workout you essentially tear your muscle tissue and by taking a water based protein shake it helps get the protein to the fractured muscle tissue to start rebuilding it.

I'm just getting back into a fitness routine myself, where my primary goal is going to be converting current body mass into muscle. Being 6-2 and 205 pounds is about the size, I'd like to be, but I'd much rather have that mass with 10% body fat as opposed to the current 18%! Although I'll likely end up around 195 if I want to get the old BF% down.

Before I turned 30 I weight 180 pounds and 9% body fat. But age, marraige, and laziness did me in!! Now I'll have to work like a ******* to fix it.

Just go to the gym every day. Protein has a very small affect and costs alot. If you take some make sure its predigested (sounds disgusting but is the best) because if you don't about 90% of it will come back out in urine form.

Watch what you eat too. Thats just as important since you want more definition.

Well, there are different types of builds that you can achieve with different types of diets, exercise, supllements etc..

Working out is not a linear line. Different techniques will help you achieve different goals, so even though it doesn't happen over night, why start going in that direction if it's not the goal you want?

The routine of someone who wants to be huge and someone who wants to be more defined/athletic will be different, so it's an important thing to say when looking for advice on that routine.
