What happened to Duncan Siemens? Wasn't he once a very good prospect?

Stanislav Galiev has always intrigued me. I doubt they claim anyone though.

Lots of buzz on Twitter that Galiev will be claimed. With lack of depth on RW, any chance we take a chance on him here?

I'm always curious about a man without vowels.
Frk is a former Moosehead, 44 points in 67 AHL games last year. Wings are notorious for over ripening prospects, maybe he's a decent stopgap on the right side.

Frk is crap
Galiev is interesting because Washington really tried to avoid exposing him to waivers prior to this. They must like him

Quick look on Reddit and Detroit fans are convinced Frk will get claimed. "I'd rather Pulkkinen on waivers."
27 goals and 17 assists in 67 AHL games last year.

I'd be happy if we got Galiev and gave him a shot with johnny and mony. Always have liked him

Claim Galiev. He can't be worse than Chiasson.

Shoots right and his shot is described as a howitzer based on a quick google search.
Sounds like he could be a fit in Calgary...

I would rather take a chance on Frk than Galiev. He is almost 2 full years younger.

What's the deal with Galiev? I assumed he was injured for most of last season. Stats are pretty underwhelming. 3 assists in 24 games doesn't exactly excite me. I have no idea what is role on the caps was though.
I was a big fan of Frk his draft year. Don't know if he's really an upgrade over a guy like Shinkaruk.

The caps are fluch with top 6 RW and C's Galiev just hasn't been able to push past the likes of Backstrom, Ovie, Kuznetsov, Oshie and so on. He is a good player, stuck on a really deep team.

He was barely adequate at the World Juniors too - it wasn't like he Pogge'd the tournament and barely let in a goal.
Tokarski has one famous save. It so happens to be a part of the last truly enjoyable WJC (for my part, anyways)

If someone recommends we pick up Ferarro... Well, I don't know what I'd do but I sure won't be happy with them.
