Does this give you a little more insight into the craziness of politics down here? The division is insane, and one side of the debate is going full-on bananas. This is what happens when you don't reign in the crazy. The needle has moved so far to one side that things you never dreamed you would hear in public discourse happen all the time now. And you're only seeing the major stuff by top officials. This stuff happens down ticket as well. They follow the leader and emulate the bad behavior.

Yes you have, you just can't admit it. And you're right. I have chosen a side in the culture war. The one where EVERYONE has equal rights and access to those mechanisms which allow for freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. You know, like John Locke envisioned.

To be fair, while obviously in poor taste, that guy that shot her was legitimately crazy and had an issue with Giffords long before this ad.

Well, you were successful in not being funny, so congrats? But your comment is absolutely misogynistic. You could have chosen any of a dozen other examples to point out the level of her ambition, but you chose to respond to a comment about women's health as a motivating issue, with the an example that doesn't really say anything about Clinton other than that she should somehow be ashamed of her husband's extramarital actions... as though that in any way disqualifies her or even reflects negatively on her.
