So ticked. At some idiotic bar in the States just to watch the race and the jebroni bartender insisted he had the right feed... Nope. Found out the results via CP.

Great performance by De Grasse to get the Silver.
I feel like De Grasse actually looked way more comfortable in the Semi-Finals.

Seemed to be straining a bit tonight.

Great race. DeGrasse ran slower than yesterdays heat. Bolt left the door open for DeGrasse if he could have repeated his semi final run. Still, this Olympics is the passing of the torch from the greatest ever to the soon to be best. DeGrasse is the future.

The quadruple double or even triple is not totally out of the question either. http://www.newsweek.com/sport-usain-...lympics-490349

		| The world record holder previously insisted Rio will be his last appearance at an Olympic Games after securing six gold medals from Beijing in 2008 and London 2012. But now it seems Bolt has not fully ruled out doing a u-turn on his plans.
“My coach always says, ‘Usain, you can always go to the 2020 Olympics if you want,’” Bolt said. “So this is why he tells me to stop talking about retirement and just take it a year at a time.”

Amen. Freestyle 50m run, thighstroke, backstroke, and then 100m and 200m in those plus a relay

Headwind and rain certainly a factor.

I feel like that is an extremely tall order. Do we even have the firepower outside of DeGrasse to even sniff a medal? Jamaica has a steady stable of runners they can toss out there.

Ya definitely a tall order, but you never know, could be mishandled baton passes, etc etc.

If Aaron Brown was running a little better I might actually believe a gold is within our sights, but its most certainly going to be a hell of a battle for silver and bronze.
