Walk in shower
Mudroom off garage/back entrance (or whichever entrance will be your main one)
Plenty of kitchen cabinets. You can never have to much storage.
Two furnaces.
No asphalt shingles. Would use some type of rubber, composite etc. material that stands up to hail.
Small nook for home computer. Don't necessarily need the full blown home office but somewhere dedicated to set up a computer is nice.
Heated bathroom floors

A garage floor that is slight angled towards the middle that would have a grated trough to collect all the water than melts off the cars during the winter.

If I ever have the money for an exotic car, I want a garage with a glass wall and a game room/man cave on the other side so that you could see the car from the game room.
Something like this:
EDIT: NVM. I want the car in the floor. Like this!

Add in a closet type thing off the kitchen for recycleables. Ideally it would also be accesible from outside as well. Way easier to do compostables, blue bin stuff and even to collect for returning bottles.

As someone else mentioned, deeper basement for higher ceilings and large windows.
The hubby would definitely want it wired out the wazoo (CAT, HDMI, whatever)
I want a 'smart home' which I'm sure ties into the above - want to be able to operate things at home from a smartphone, when away from the house, if needed.
Solar
2 ovens, not stacked
Pot filler tap at the stove
Gas cooktop with at least 6 burners
Dual all fridge and upright all freezer in kitchen
Fridge drawers for pop, juice, etc
2 dishwashers
2 washers/dryers & a laundry line outside, plus a very specific organization to the laundry room that would take too long to explain
A cold cellar for canning, etc
Secret room off the master - saw this in a show home - it was set up as a cross between a library and TV room and had a private balcony as well
Deep kitchen sink and a smaller prep sink
Recycle chutes in kitchen that go directly to proper bins in the garage
Lots of plugs in the kitchen, preferably built into the counters
Actually, more plug ins in every room
Big storage area built into garage area
Deeper garage
No steps into the house, but sloping walkway built up to entrance way
Elevator (special needs)
Summer kitchen, if we had land space
Raised garden beds (veggie garden moreso than flowers)
Walkout basement for future rental options or grown kid space
Built in wardrobes over rwgular closets/walk in closets
Deep tub so I could have water up to my neck
Huge walk in shower with built in seating for down the road when we're more feeble rather than those awkward stools you have to buy
A 'keeping room' off the kitchen similar to those seen in some older English homes, with a fireplace
Windows/doors that accordion off the kitchen to the deck to serve out to the deck in summer
Built in BBQ
There's more but that's probably enough. A lot of this would be dream home stuff, with a lot of land.

Or you could have your garage surround a pool so you could dive down and be surrounded by fancy vehicles.

If you have, or intend to have children, I found that a separate room to put their toys and to play in, was a huge benefit. That way, you don't have toys scattered throughout the house.

Taken together these are concerning desires.
