Nope. They already made sure expansion fee won't count to hockey related revenue.

Friedman mentioned some potential candidates during his interview with Principe. A couple of names closely connected to Bill Foley, but he did also suggest that there may be pressure from the League to hire a more seasoned executive. In this context he specifically mentioned Lawrence Gillman who I think would be an excellent choice.
