Melrose would also work. I think Jacks is getting a little far from the Dome (you know, with walking to the game and all).
Melrose? I never go to that place so I have no idea how busy it will be.

My recommendation would be the Rose and Crown.

Ahhhh, yeahhhh, I knew there was another place that would work. Good call Grant. Rose and Crown it is. Inbetweeen 16th and 17th and 4th street (I believe) for anyone not familiar with it.
