Now that I think of it, what would have been the reaction if he'd done that to Michelle Rempel? EDIT: By which I mean grabbing a female MP by the arm and leading her across the floor of the House, not the elbow (which was really just him bumping into her).

I don't know what in the blue hell Trudeau thought he was doing, that was just plain weird and unacceptable.
But I find the reaction my Mulcair and those comments from the article to be far more embarrassing.

It looks pretty bad when the guy who courted the female vote is cussing in our house (not the first time mind you) and touching anybody. Debating the ferocity or lack thereof of the elbow is non-sequential, you simply don't touch someone. "Oh well I felt they were taking too long." Yeah "Well I think you're a petulant, entitled twat, here's your right cross bitch."
We deserve him.

The whole situation is embarrassing. I'm not sure what Trudeau was trying to accomplish exactly, but there is some serious overreaction by Muclair and the rest of the NDP party.

I think jacks meant the excuse part of "the whip was being impeded" so Justin decided to help him...thats a load for sure.
Brown was engaged in conversation with others and Justin was PO'd that he was being made to wait from what it looks like in the video. He really did storm over like a petulant kid going after his ball the other kid was playing with.
Its all quite amusing though.
