Apparently Lowry just needs to take all his shots from half-court!

Raps are crapping the bed in OT. Looks like experience and maturity matters.

That was a fun couple seconds before OT started then the Raps continued to suck.

inexcusable to give the ball up there. Raptors need to be better about ball protection going forward. Just sloppy a lot of the time.

Ugh, still had a chance in OT, but not enough determination by the key players. Raptors are going to have to toughen up if they plan to ever be a contender.

Casey can't take this team any farther than he has. Sound familiar. Neither can Derozan. Both should be gone this summer.

I don't disagree, but at the same time, this is a game we win when Lowry is shooting like he normally does.

I don't even know what to think. Lowry was pure garbage, Joseph had his worst game of the playoffs IMO, Powell was shaky, Biyombo wasn't a factor......and yet we only lost by 6? part of me is incredibly optimistic that we can sneak this out in 7 games if Lowry steps up....and yet part of me is just resigned to the fact that he just doesn't have it in him to do that.

This team is way too mopey for it's own good. I seriously don't think I've seen them look like have had any sort of fun this entire playoffs outside of the game 5 comeback. Every shot to the bench is guys looking mopey and down on themselves. I'm most likely overanalyzing but goddamn would I ever love to see some fire in their bellies.

I expected to lose game 1 so I won't lose any sleep over tonight but man was that ever a weird one tonight. Props to JV, he has really grown up alot these playoffs. His play has gotten even better and I love that he has cut down on the amount of sulking he does in regards to calls/non-calls that involve him.

Lowry is injured so the only thing he is doing is trying to do too much. Derozan is a net deficit so you can't expect much from him. Unfortunate that they always overplay their players to win meaningless regular season games. The matchups don't even matter / they aren't better than any team in the playoffs. Just have more depth and use it to win a few more games in the regular season. So Lowry gets worn out year after year. So dumb.

Depth don't matter in the playoffs. The roster is way tighter and up go the minutes for the starters.

They need an actual star player that can carry them. Lowry is fine as a complimentary piece. JV is getting better every year. MU needs to work his magic and get them a top notch player. Cousins or KD etc. or forget about it.

Not much to say about that game. Didn't deserve to win and needed a miracle to even have a chance. The worrying thing is they really have only played one great game in the playoffs and that was game 3 against Indiana. The lack of identity on offense really becomes apparent in the playoffs, I really wish they'd commit to running more offense through JV but at present they don't appear inclined to do so.

From Magic Johnson after Game 7:

Laker Nation: DeMar DeRozan should be one of the free agents we go after this summer.

At what point is Casey and Masai going to out the franchise ahead of hurting Derozan's feelings? He needs to sit. Who cares if he comes back at this point? Best case scenario is we do a sign and trade.
