Boring for most teams, but from a Flames perspective, it looks like it was a good day. Oilers nothing, Canucks bombed, Toronto couldn't do anymore, etc.

Worst GM in the NHL by a country mile. This is a league with guys like Marc Bergevin and Kevin Cheveldayoff. Soooooo glad we decided to go with Treliving over Benning.

Wonder how much truth there is to this draft being weak.
Very few picks moved in this draft, and many of the picks that were traded were for future seasons (2017 & 2018 picks).
Also think Chicago going so hard, so early may have discouraged some teams. Didn't want to stock up only to lose to that team again.
