Whoa now, who said anything about the skills comp having integrity?

Every event is named after a sponsor, and the last event is worth so many points that it nullifies any importance of the prior events.

There's no secret this whole night is for the kids.

It's essentially the money ball of the 3 point competition in basketball, people don't need to be up in arms about everything

I hope Scott can clear 100mph. He said he thinks he can get up to 103, but over 100 will generate a pretty awesome reaction.

Shea Weber intentionally head-butted a light fixture. His head was up and could clearly see the light fixture. 20 game suspension coming up.

John "The Big Mutant" Scott. Lol. Burns saying the right thing. Goons are a team intangible regardless of how the fans see it.

As ridiculous the whole fiasco with all star vote was, it's been pretty great to learn a lot more about Scott through interviews and his Tribune article. You kind of forget about the role players in the league who are in and out of the NHL without much fanfare. It would be kind of cool if there was actually a player voted all star, someone who's a character guy in the league and likely wouldn't ever get a chance to go.
