Thought every player on the Flames was good tonight; solid 60 minute effort. Also, that Brodie deal looks better and better each day.

This game reminded me of so many games in the kipper era, when we would get a goal or two early on and you just knew kipper would shut em down for the rest of the game. Great to have some consistently solid goaltending.

I'm 6-0-1 at the dome now. Yay! Good game

Good game from pretty much everyone. Jones, Stajan, Bouma the goal scorers......good to get help from the 3/4 lines.
Great to see Cvik get the hand shakes after the game.....nice touch by the Flames.

Amazing how solid they have looked in spite of the fact that they're without their only true top 6 RWers.
Also, it's a good thing that the team didn't fire Hartley and dump Giordano back in October

When you think about it now, the start of the season was a perfect storm for suck.
Brodie out
Gio super rusty from a long term injury
Dougie brand new
Those three are in full stud mode right now, and they are the engine that drives this team, especially Gio and Brodie.
Plus it helps that Ramo was afforded the time to find a groove due to Hiller's earlier injury.
Too bad about about the horrid start, or they'd be up there battling the Kings for 1st place, but at least they are still in it.

Bad night for my pool with no Monahan or Gaudreau points. Otherwise, just fine.

Great game!
First time in a while that three players with consecutive jersey numbers (17 (Bouma), 18 (Stajan), and 19 (Jones)) have scored in the same game, eh?
