The coaches have lost it. Their strategy is awful, and can't understand why it isn't working so they're blaming all the talented young players and going with veterans.

Some of it is confidence, but when 90% of your PPs are spent ringing the puck around the boards or fishing it out from your own zone, a hefty portion of that falls onto the coaching staff.
