Negatives: Outside of 93-11-67 we looked like we were on the penalty kill pretty much the whole period.

Postives: Ramo has been good, this game is actually reminiscent of the last time we played at the United Centre.

Not being down two goals after that period, feels like a win in itself

I'll take it but we can't do the usual sucking in the 2nd period.

Panarin's skill level reminds me a bit of Gaudreau. Dude is insanely talented with the puck.

Dynam...I think that D's don't have enough data on him, and back off too much, to try to avoid being made to look foolish...one of your guys needs to, at least, impede his progress, or force him to make a move.

But Darling seemed to struggle more with the 8, than Ramo seemed to, with the 23

No the best period from the Flames but they survived the home team in the first period. If they pick up their play in the second and third and force the Hawks to move their feet they will start to see results.

Reminds me of the 2004 playoffs when it seemed every game was 0-0 after 20.

Pardon me, Colby? It's even harder to get the hits going when you do have the puck!

In response to T@T about Kevin Hayes, from the now closed GDT...Hayes was clearly behind Sharp, Kane, Hossa, and Saad at wing, on the 'Hawks at the time that they were trying to get him signed...they also still had hopes for Bickell, and expectations for Teravainen , so he had a lot of guys in front of him, in the 'Hawk system...he just was not going to displace any of those guys for top 6 forward, at that time.

Go Flames Go. Black Hawks are looking alot quicker than the Flames. Maybe the teams hungover.

Its nice to have a Goalie make a save for once. Ramo has looked solid the past few games!
