Sounds like all arenas are playing La Marseillaise tonight before the other anthems.

Predators are handling the Jets, 3-0 already and Hutchinson has been pulled.

Colorado is trying to match, 3 goals in 8 shots.
MacKinnon scored twice in 13 seconds.

'Hawks score on their first shot...a Shaw tip of a Keith shot, Teraveinen with the other assist.

Berra having another great game. Course he is rocking a 948 sv pct and our hot garbage goalies are below 900. It's early but maybe Roy was right about the trade.

I know nobody probably cares about two Florida teams going at it tonight, but a pretty entertaining game between the Panthers and Lightning. 3-3 after 2 with plenty of breakaways and physicality. Even the defensive specialist Erik Gudbranson managed to get a breakaway while sporting the best mustache in hockey since Parros retired. It's even better than this picture now.

The NHL wants more scoring, yet they happily disallow goals that IMO should count.

Great game in St. Louis between the Hawks and Blues. Tarasenko just tied it up at 1-1.
Also related, we complain all the time about our play by play guys on CBC / Sportsnet being biased up in Canada, but Darren Pang literally screamed "YEAH!" on Fox Sports Blues when Tarasenko tied it up. I guess it's a regional broadcast though, but man, it seems pretty odd to be cheering to that extent on a broadcast being part of the media.

Hearing the Blackhawks and Blues game is getting pretty ugly. Could give the Flames a chance given they are versing a back-to-back

Tarasenko again on the PP, 2-1 St. Louis. Boy, this kid is probably going to be in the Top 5 of scorers every year for the next 2-3 years or more?

Hitchcock is able to get Tarasenko out against Rozsival/Daley...Rozsival gets beaten, leaving Daley to deal with a 2 on 1 down low...Tarasenko gets his own rebound...1-1 from Steen and Lehtera...
Then on a PP, Tarasenko bounces one off of Seabrook...from Shattenkirk and Lehtera...2-1 Blues with 10minutes gone in the 2nd.

Possibly, but I suspect the Flames face Darling and the Flames vs. backup goalies never seems to end well...

It's getting really nasty in the Tampa-Florida game. Very chippy. Several players have been banged up/injured in the game by hits, and lots of scrums after whistles.
