And a missed hook on Gaudreau as he goes on the backcheck... did someone associated with the Flames run over some ref's kid? This is every damned game.

just sometimes the other team makes a good play..... nobody has to suck or be brutal - it was a very nice play
now how the penalty got called is another story....

I cannot believe we do not deserve a better hockey fate here as hockey is our life. In Florida you have that many other choices....it SUCKS

A+ game from Ramo tonight. I'm probably Ramo hater #1 here. Still, don't kid yourself, he's still wildly inconsistent. Getting this effort game in and game out would be amazing. He just cannot provide that.
Of course tonight gives the Ramo apologists some room to chirp up a bit but until we get this on the regular, its all smoke and mirrors.

Gaudreau clearly was holding the stick in his gut. I want a PP too, but that was a non-call.

Not sure what Gio was grumping about there, that was a pretty easy call. And for Christ's sake put Gaudreau with Bennett! I am really sick and tired of Monahan flubbing every nice setup Johnny gives him.

Yeah, can't single anyone out. It was a broken play that ended up on Stamkos' stick with a wide open net. That'll happen on a penalty kill with a scramble like that.
Honestly, I've really enjoyed this game from the Flames tonight. They deserve a better fate.

With our power play struggling, I wonder if we can utilize someone with a right hand that can play that one timer roll similar to what Ovi and Stamkos like to do. Hamilton might be that man.
