He come's across to me as someone that is still grounded. I don't get the impression he talks to grab headlines or be controversial. He calls it as he sees it. Besides, he's being negative about negative play.
It must be frustrating for someone like him to watch that crap. And, let's face it. It is crap.
This football 'philosophy' of van Gaal's has made me extremely negative and pessimistic. That's just what it does.
