Huge character win for the Flames, and they looked like they had their swagger back in the 3rd period. Hopefully this is the turning point that rights the ship. Hiller was outstanding tonight, and I liked how the entire team cranked up the intensity from the 2nd period on. Great game.

Welcome back Gio! I thought Hamilton and Russell looked good together when they were paired. Colborne and Jooris played their best games in ages. Hiller stepped up. Lots to be happy about.

I can't find highlights that will play on my phone here! GFYcat and the NHL app for highlights won't play.

Damnit, I might have to wait for the Flames Facebook app to post them.

Streamable.com highlights work but I can't find any.

If someone could do a side by side video of this game and the LA one from Giordanos, that would be awesome!

He did in the first, and second. Block some shots, and played well. A decent game for him, after 8 months off.

Best game of the year, no doubt about that.

Jooris had a great game. I'm surprised he only had 10 minutes of ice time. He made the most of it.

Gio was Gio again.

Colborne was solid all night and had a great tip on the tying goal.

It looks like we won't have a Lady Byng repeat this season.

It also looks like the Freaky Friday body switch with the Oilers only lasted 6 days. Good to see.

I think in your first game back after a 9 month layoff and a serious neck injury, if the worst thing you can say about Smid is that you didn't notice him then I would call that an excellent first game back.

Man, you can't help but wonder if Ramo doesn't get caught out of position against the jets and the team doesn't have a mental breakdown.....

we could be 5-2-0 right now
