BTW, how about Josh Jooris tonight? He came out on a mission to impact the game and he really mitigated the losses of Bouma and Ferland. Hope he keeps this up.

Big win; even bigger with how they did it. Some thoughts:
1. Screaming at the TV for Wideman to get the **** off the ice for a change actually works!
2. I hope it's a good sign that the Flames are now 2-0 in overtime; with their roster and style of play they should have good success. Don't know what Hamilton was thinking dumping the puck into the corner though, but happy it worked out.
3. I wonder if we see Hiller make a run here. Recall last year when Ramo got injured late in the season, and Hiller became the undisputed #1. He pretty much went lights out for the rest of the regular season and the first round before coming back to earth.
4. Return of Norris Gio is just as important as Brodie IMO. When they both come back we should see even better results (fingers crossed).

Could feel that one coming, Glendening needs to put that sideways. Well first he needs to get it deep, but he should not have carried that bouncer back into our zone.

Pretty soft play by Glen and then screening our own goalie

Ferarro and Hudler?
What the hell?
Edit: one laugh emoji isn't enough.

What is Ferlund even doing there? Like, the play is over, there's no scrum, and he decides "That's not okay, I'm going to MAKE a scrum." And then he tries to reach out to like 3 guys at once.
What a weirdo.

Ferland would be a tall task for anyone except Ericsson.

Getting out worked, outskated, and outshot this period. Looks Iike the last 3 games.

For a puck possession team, [we] certainly don't possess the puck very much.

We are so goddamn bad.

Still giving up breakaways to absolute garbage teams.

Remember that Calgary is the 29th ranked team in terms of shot differential...

It was only a matter of time. I can't be mad, we've been heavily outplayed since the beginning of the 2nd.
We get what we deserve

Flames charge Wings D, injured; out for the rest of the game. No call.
Wings have a chance to charge players during the 3 on 3 to get the puck but instead let up, Flames score.
Yup, story of the game.
