Any word on if they'll be contacting via email or phone when they are ready for pickup?
I tried to log back into my account to see if there's an order status, but the login/password form just stays filled out and won't advance to the next screen when you try to enter them...

Not sure how they'll contact. However, I had the same login issue with the webpage. Using this link works for me. http://account.ookpix.com/
Looks like nearly all mine are completed.

My status says 'Shipped' for all 3, does that mean I can pick them up today?

For poster above.
"Shipped" does mean its ready for pick up. I went to go pick up when I got that email. You can always double check and give them a call.

Thanks to those who've provided info.
I have mine listed as "Complete"...
But should wait until the status is "shipped" to pick up?
Will try calling Monday but wanted to see if anyone can confirm the above.

Mine were there and I picked them up today (status of shipped), very nice. I did call to confirm though.

Very happy, I've never posted an image on here so I'd have to figure out how to do that though.

Oh no worries then, I'm just being impatient while I wait for the last half of my order to reach "shipped" status.

Great to hear the early review. I won't be calm until I see how my stretch edits went. Some of the photos I used had important elements near the edges, so they took some photoshopping to artificially extend. Usually they turn out really well, but it's always a stress until I see them.

Out of curiosity, why didn't you just use the black edge for the wrap?

That's what I should have done with mine. I much prefer that look than the black edges.

I much prefer the look of a full wrap. Plus I have several already and it would bug me if they didn't match.

Ditto, both are the two square 17" x 17" prints I ordered. Hight demand on that format perhaps?

Will have to give them a call. For some reason the first one I ordered is still not started but the ones after are done. Wonder if they are doing all the same sizes first, this one is 17 x 17.
