A few thoughts after spending 3 or 4 hours with the game
No Kylington in the game
Other that that annoyance, it's overall a pretty good game. The game itself plays great but I have always enjoyed it since the skill stick came in (before that I was a 2k guy). The depth of Be a GM seems back to what it was on the PS3, just smoothed over with new menus and sharper graphics. They literally ported it over and added a new morale system (undecided if I like it, I haven't played the game enough yet) but that is far better than last year's abortion. In some game in the future it would be nice if they actually revamped be a gm because it feels like I've been playing the same game for 6 years, but I'll take this over last year's kiddie pool.
My biggest gripe is how the menus are the same cumbersome, slow mess they were last year on the PS4. Not a big problem in the grand scheme of things but I do feel like I'm spending a TON of time simply navigating menus as I run my team. There is no career playoff stat tracking

but at least the season history goes back more than 4 years now. Career totals are pretty simplistic though, it would be nice if all stats were tracked (ie knowing a player's career +/-)
Trading seems improved, it is harder to get teams to take your crap. Eventually i had to settle on a 4th and 5th for Smid and Engelland. Packaged Raymond with Granlund to NJ for a 1st though, so not perfect. I had to take advantage of Granlund's insane trade value because I have no room for him anyway.
Overall, definitely worth it if you are a fan of the series and need to get your GM fix. I am just happy to have a game to play this year after letting 15 collect dust all year because it was so bad.
