But actually, Reddit is terrible with its mood swings time to time but at least there's some positives compared to the constant pissing that seems to go on in everybody's breakfast on the bungie forums.
Yeah, they're pretty terrible.
I'm not really sure why I continue to read them...the app is handy though.
I never posted on bungee.net during its heyday with halo, but it has to have gone down hill since then.

The Bungie stream for the Court of Oryx has me hyped. Lots of people comparing the public events to Prisons but it's easily a better version where there are more interesting mechanics, shorter time frame and easily done with friends/strangers without the need for LFG resources.

I am playing a hunter. No real reason why I chose a hunter but I am quite enjoying it. What is your favourite class?
Hunter is my favorite class...especially with the addition of bones of eao.
The jumps are a lot of fun, I love the agility, and I think they look the best.
I find warlock to be my second favorite...I definitely play the least on my titan.

I started out as a titan. I will probably actually get the new subclass for him first when ttk comes out too. Titan defenders are probably the only true support class in the game too.
But I don't like titans for PvP, probably because I rely a lot on blinking heh. I especially prefer the blade dancer subclass for PvP.
Buy if you browse reddit and check out the occasional polls that coke out, class preference is pretty even across all 3 classes, which is pretty rare. I think only Starcraft Broodwar has ever seen such equality across races. But that's why I think it's worth playing all three (and their subclasses).
Watched the twitch stream... The swords look like they are going to be fun. They look like they do a ton of damage too. Maybe they took the dps from the gally and made it a high risk high reward thing.
I watched but wasn't able to listen.
Do the swords have different damage types?
It looked like the each one of the people in the stream had a different colored (damage type?) sword.

They never mentioned it, but it looked like there was a solar, arc, and void one. And each one looks like they have a different swing patterns. Just a guess though from watching.
I'm excited to bring one into crucible... go balls deep into a control zone swinging.
Looks like I will have some spare time when Destiny comes out, got scheduled for knee surgery next Thursday and will be off until the 28th. Time to grind 3 toons.
Big update and surprises for next week. It'll be like an early Christmas before the holidays rolls around. I like it since it's less to try and take in after the expansion launch.
And all year one exotic bounties will be auto completed
I did not hear about this. I gave up on thorn bounty like 6 months ago and haven't picked it up again since, so if I get it this week, it'll auto complete of it's in my inventory?

After ~175 motes of light, finally got the ram.
Now I can tank in crucible too!
Everyone complains about hunters who blink-shotgun, but I would say 75% of the time I get killed by blink-shotgunnning, it's a voidwalker warlock with the ram.
