Dave Grohl's Probot has some energetic tunes on it as well, including a cameo by Lemmy.

It gets old pretty fast, but if you've never heard it before The Darkness would be good. I had it stuck in my head for days when I first heard it.

Linkin Park is one of the best for "aggressive" music, the louder the better.
 Just my opinion.

do you like Breaking Benjamin? (Maybe not hard enough??) Try Sevendust, Black Cherry Stone, Trust Company, even Trapt. Let me know if these are too soft or are good.

Sweet! Thanks man.

Ok I downloaded some of everything you suggested, Breaking Benjamin I really like, Sevendust I dont realy enjoy, Trust Company = very good, and the other two are decent.

I feel strongly about Breaking Benjamin and Trust Company though, so any more groups with similar musical stylings would be great!

			WOLFMOTHER
I just got back from a good hour workout, and that wolfmother album gets better and better. Black Sabbath meets The White Stripes with a dash of Robert Plant.
