I could see Boston going off the board with White.

I will be really happy with any of Connor, Merkley, Barzal, Konecky, Crouse, or Rantanen.

For d-men if Provorov or Werenski could fall I would be ecstatic.

The darkhorse in all of this for me is Kylington. I have a feeling that guy is going to make people regret letting him fall in the draft. With his puck skills, and skating he can be dynamic. If the Flames are honest about going with the guy with the highest potential...that might be Kylington. Plus with his ability to jump into the rush as a d-man he fits in with our team strategy perfectly.

Oliver Kylington at 15 is a perfectly defensible (no pun intended) selection particularly given that the blue line is the shallowest area of the Flames' prospect pool. However, there are a couple of other guys you can probably get there, and I think I'd lean towards either Nick Meloche or Jeremy Roy, if available, before Kylington. Neither has a higher upside but they're still high-end d prospects and somewhat safer.

The other direction to go for me is skill. Lots of people have Svechnikov going 15; I cannot argue with that pick. I suspect Daniel Sprong will also be available and I'd be fine with that as well. I am not a huge fan of the notion of picking Meier or White.

He isn't one of my preferred picks at 15, but I've got a sneaky feeling he might go earlier than we think. I wonder if Boston selects him being a local kid from the area.
Does everything good, nothing great. He's a safe pick, I just think Flames fans have had enough of safe picks, and want a player with a higher ceiling. And I think at this point in our rebuild, its time we take more risks.

His comparable is more of a Brandon Sutter than Patrice Bergeron. He may play a bergeron esq game but doesn't project to be nearly as good.

Adam Kimelman from NHL.com has us drafting Jacob Larsson at 15.

That's an interesting one. Not likely, but interesting nonetheless.

Larsson has a Hampus Lindohlm and Jonas Brodin feel to him.

Strictly based on reading, I would not be shocked if he turns out to be the best dman in the draft. His one weakness is strength and that can be fixed. That's why I am hoping we can add a late 1st...

The fact that the Future Considerations Swedish scout rated him the biggest disappointment is concerning.

Philly currently picks at #7 and it seems they want to move even higher to get Provorov.

Why would they have to move higher to get Provorov? If anything they should move up to get Hanifin. And Arizona should be willing, for a price.

More than few folks have pegged Provorov better than Hanifin. I think this type of tweet kind of verifies this to an extent. they're at 7 and will likely need #4 or #5 to get him.

I don't really think the Flyers need to trade up to get Provorov. The top 5 are almost a lock, and the Devils probably will pass on him if they are looking for forwards instead.

not surprising but Steinberg says the word in Florida right now is the Flames are being very aggressive in trying to move up from 15, but it is his understanding that the price might be too expensive for the Flames.

What could the Flames realistically add to move to something like 10th?

Klimchuk?

Link, twitter, anything where we can read up on this?

Always better to have a source, see where it came from IMO.
