Would love to see Bouma back in the lineup soon. Wonder if he was in a non-contact jersey?

- Glad to see Ferland's back. Hopefully I'll be saying the same about Hudler.
- No surprise with Ramo, really. Unfortunate Hiller couldn't keep the pace of the first series. He looked hot for a while there.
- Would love to see Bouma and Diaz back.

Problem with Monahan too?
Nevermind you changed it.

this tweet was an outlier including Hudler

Sounds like both Hudler and Ferland will be fine to play Sunday vs Ducks in Game 2 of Series.

If Bouma does come back, regardless of when, I'm sure it will be before his hand is 100%, so I think we'll need to temper expectations on his offensive contributions, and look at it as a pure bonus to the line up from a physical, energy and defensive perspective

Hmm others say, @Fan960Wills: No real update on #Flames Jiri Hudler today. He remains day-to-day and a question mark for Game 2 vs. #Ducks. https://t.co/jjWTAiYrkn

I just think of how much better it would make the PK and defensive zone game - another great shot blocker who can strip the puck.

I'll never figure Hartley out. I was sure he canceled practice and made it an optional skate to avoid coming clean on Ferland/Hudler injuries.

Instead he trots out and announces Ferland in.,

These guys played for the fans, Ferland has so much heart. I care so much more about the players health and longevity than winning Sunday. Man I hope Ferland is ok, he's a good kid that doesn't deserve brain damage. Watching him laying on the ice all seized up had me really worried for him, he looked like an mma fighter that just got head kicked.

It concerns me to hear that Ferland will play. I'm no doctor but he sure looked like a guy with a concussion.

Yeah.. We've shown we can get here. Way rather come back next year twice as strong than sideline a few of our kids careers

Nothing The Flames doctors have done this season have worried me about their decisions.

Let's trust the professionals on this one.

Pretty much all that needs to be said. Let's let the professional medical staff on the Flames make that call.

I sure hope that tweet by Duha is true and that Ferland does not have a head injury.

I suppose if he reaggravated his knee injury, that could also explain why he was frustrated.

But it really looked like he banged his noggin. Hartley and the Flames better not be putting him in if he suffered a concussion.

if people watched he was tangled up with the ducks player with the stick awkwardly between his legs so he couldn't get up. being tangle is why (i think) it took so long for him to get up, not really dazed. but when he skated off he favoured one leg.

You guys can't seriously think that Bob Hartley, who went out of his way to help Ferland get his life back in order, would risk him having permanent brain damage? Let's take a minute and breathe, there is a team of medical professionals conducting tests to make the decision and not just making it based off of how he looked on TV.

Yep I agree. I also thought he intentionally stayes tangled up while the Flames has the puck around the net to eliminate a defenceman from stopping us.

Hartely simply wouldn't have the authority to put him back out there if the doctor deemed Ferly concussed. People are going overboard here.

Bob may have sat him just like he sat Johnny if he believed the game was out of reach.
