I am looking for a good butcher or meat market. Preference would be the south end of the city. Andy's meats in Avenida is the only one I know of. Any one else know of any that provide the straight goods- beef, pork, lamb and chicken.
The is a place in Willow park beside the cheese factory. It called the fish market or something like that. Anyways as well as seafood they have other cuts of meat. You can even talk to the guy and he will go out and get you something because he goes out and inspects all the meat that comes in. You need to give him some notice but you get some good stuff from him. All this is second hand though, I was talking to a person throwing a party and that is where she went to get the stuff.
